Company director
Dr. S. Mitko has a Ph.D degree in physics and has extensive practical experience in various scientific areas including plasma discharge, optics and laser physics. His in-depth knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering allows him to solve complex physical and engineering problems. Dr. Mitko’s involvement with the University of Twente dates back to 1993 involving research of high-power lasers, gas discharges and pulsed electronics.
General Manager
Elena N. Oudalova is a graduate of the Maurice-Thorez University, Moscow. She has extensive experience as a project manager with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Trade where she supervised several major development projects. Mrs. Oudalova is the architect of Steray’s business case and currently supervises commercial activities of the Company.

Steray has a portfolio of skilled staff available to work on technical projects. Staff provide technological advice, assist with research and engage in contract development. We have the expertise and skills necessary to assist in developing new technologies as well as solve existing problems.
